2. Purposes of personal data processing on the website

On the Website, we process personal data only to the extent necessary to:

  • ensuring the technical functionality and security of the website (displaying pages, server logs);

  • communicating with visitors if they contact us via email or form;

  • internal statistics on the use of the website for the purpose of improving content and functionality, without transferring data outside our organization.

We process personal data primarily within ENVIRON s.r.o. and our contractual partners who provide us with web hosting and IT services (processors), acting according to our instructions and in accordance with the GDPR.

We do not provide personal data to third parties for marketing purposes, we do not sell it and we do not allow it to be used for profiling.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Union or to international organizations; the processing takes place exclusively within the EU.


5. Personal data retention period

  • We store communication data (e-mails, forms) for the period necessary to handle your request and subsequently for a maximum of 3 years for the purpose of documenting the communication and protecting the rights of the controller, unless a longer period is required by law.

  • We usually store server logs and internal statistical data for a maximum of 12 months, then in anonymized or aggregated form.

  • After the retention period expires, the data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal security policies.


6. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • to access the personal data we process about you;

  • to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;

  • erasure (“right to be forgotten”) in the cases provided for by the GDPR;

  • to restrict processing;

  • data portability, where technically feasible and legally justified;

  • object to processing based on a legitimate interest;

  • withdraw consent if the processing is based on consent;

  • file a motion to initiate proceedings or a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.

7. Security of personal data

The Controller has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.
